Gearbox confirmed the official details for Wednesday’s upcoming livestream this morning, putting the event into much more specific detail. For viewers who are only interested in seeing Borderlands 3’s gameplay, tune into the official 10:00 am PT starting time. For those interested in more Borderlands 3-related information, a 30-minute pre-show will lead into the gameplay starting at 9:30.
The event doesn’t end there, however. Following Gearbox’s official presentation of Borderlands 3’s gameplay, the company is opening the game up for content creators to showcase their experiences with an early build of the game. “Hundreds” of streamers will be able to share their impressions and gameplay for the first time. It’s unclear whether this footage will be pre-recorded from a press event or streamed live.
Viewers will be able to tune into the official Borderlands 3 gameplay reveal via several means. It will be livestreamed on the official Borderlands.com website, the Borderlands Twitch Channel Twitch channel, and the BorderlandsGame YouTube channel. Individual live streamer’s Borderlands 3 gameplay will be shared via their personal channels.
The official Borderlands 3 announcement provided a glimpse at the upcoming looter-shooter, revealing the game’s four new character classes, the game’s villains, and so much more. Of course, questions still remain, many of which Borderlands 3 developer Gearbox Software plans to answer during its upcoming livestream:
