Gearbox confirmed the official details for Wednesday’s upcoming livestream this morning, putting the event into much more specific detail. For viewers who are only interested in seeing Borderlands 3’s gameplay, tune into the official 10:00 am PT starting time. For those interested in more Borderlands 3-related information, a 30-minute pre-show will lead into the gameplay starting at 9:30. The event doesn’t end there, however. Following Gearbox’s official presentation of Borderlands 3’s gameplay, the company is opening the game up for content creators to showcase their experiences with an early build of the game....

In the bottom right-hand corner of the image found further below, the Borderlands 3 art in question yields a code in the form of what initially appears to be a nonsensical string of numbers, but actually can be translated into text. Apparently, it’s a secret hidden message that reads, “We don’t speak of Sanctuary 2,” which seems to be a reference to Sanctuary, the main hub in Borderlands 2. With this being the case, perhaps an updated version of the area will make an appearance in Borderlands 3....

Zane and his three companions will each be getting a new skill tree as part of the second season pass for Borderlands 3. The Designer’s Cut pack includes a new game mode along with the skill trees, all of which are set to arrive on November 10. While the second pack of DLC content is set to arrive next year, the additional trees should keep players busy discovering new builds for some time....

Previously, if gamers had purchased the DLC ‘The Secret Armory of General Knoxx’ the level cap was 61 and if no DLC had been purchased then they were left at the retail verson’s cap of 50.
