A new lawsuit, filed on Monday in Philadelphia County Common Pleas Court, accuses the BSA of facilitating “a continuing and serious conspiracy to conceal and cover up” sexual assaults against children within their organization. The lawsuit was filed by a group of attorneys called Abused in Scouting. The group formed in February to investigate abuse in the BSA. The attorneys’ investigation discovered and identified 350 alleged abusers after hundreds of former Scouts members reportedly revealed their previously unreported sexual abuse claims....

According to a press release from Customs and Border Protection (CBP), at approximately 12 p.m. local time on Tuesday, border patrol agents assigned to the Eagle Pass South Station in Texas were conducting “boat operations” in the Rio Grande river. While in the river, the border patrol agents observed “unusual color on the riverbank,” CBP said. As border patrol agents conducted a further investigation of the “unusual color” they discovered two small children abandoned on the banks of the river....

Borderlands 3’s Season Pass 2 will be split into two halves. The first half is named the Designer’s Cut and the second half is named the Director’s Cut. Specifically, the Borderlands 3 January 23, 2020 update, which will go live before 3pm PST, will significantly boost the bonus radiation damage granted by FL4K’s Gamma Burst Anointment. Up to this point, the Gamma Burst Anointment has provided a 65% radiation damage bonus when that Action Skill is active, and this will increase to 115% in today’s BL3 update. Exactly how much this buff will improve Gamma Burst FL4K overall remains to be seen, but it is something that some fans will definitely want to test....
